Farhan Akhtar directed Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra in the remake of Don in 2016. The film was one of the most successful remakes. The original film starred megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Today marks the 13th anniversary of Don. Farhan Akhtar took to his Instagram handle to share a heartfelt post for the cast and crew. He wrote, ‘The number 13. Lucky for some. Unlucky for others. After the 2006 film, Farhan Akhtar once again directed Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra in the sequel of Don titled Don 2. Since then, the fans have been eagerly waiting for the announcement of the third installment.
