FIRST LOOK: Kajol looks intense and indestructible as Savitri Malusare in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior!

It was only a few days ago that the first looks of Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan starrer Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior were released. The story revolves around one of the closest friends of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who also happened to be his most trusted lieutenant. The posters looked extremely riveting and the trailer drops in tomorrow.

Ahead of releasing the trailer, the makers have revealed Kajol’s look as Savitri Malusare, Tanhaji’s wife in the film. Savitri Malusare is a head-strong, motherly, and homely woman who was also Tanhaji’s strong support system. She has a pivotal role and the director Om Raut says Kajol loved the part and readily agreed to play the role. She recently took to her Instagram to share the picture of her first look.

The film is extremely special because Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior marks Ajay Devgn’s 100^th film in the industry. It is slated to release on January 10, 2020.
