Look who turns a year older today! Birthday boy Kartik Aaryan, last night, made his way back to Mumbai after wrapping the Punjab schedule of Dostana 2. He was accompanied by co-star Janhvi Kapoor at the airport, and we also saw him flashing that signature broad smile.
And why not? Birthdays with family members are always special. He was also in for a special surprise by the parents. Later, Kartik took to Instagram and shared a few photos of the cosy, homely celebration that his mom and dad had arranged for him. We can see a table full of candles and balloons, along with a pretty chocolate cake and also some of his childhood photos. "Jab Mummy Papa ne bday pe surprise kiya," he wrote.
As per reports, the actor is not planning to take a day off on his birthday since he has been promoting his upcoming release Pati, Patni Aur Woh. Co-starring Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday, the film is helmed by Mudassar Aziz and will be releasing on December 6, 2019. Dostana 2, on the other hand, is scheduled to release sometime in 2020.
