Ever since he founded Meer Foundation in 2013, Shah Rukh Khan is actively involved in the organisation's aim to aid and rehabilitate acid attack survivors, also helping them with the due medical course. Hence, when Anupama, a brave survivor, tied the knot with the love of her life, he took part in the joy too.
On Meer Foundation's Twitter handle, we came across Anupama and her husband Jagdeep Singh's photos from the wedding. SRK retweeted the photos, also penning a lovely wish for the newlyweds. "Congratulations and my love to Anupama as she starts on this new journey of life. May it be filled with love light and laughter. U r the man Jagdeep...and may u both have double the reasons to be happy with this union," he wrote.

On the occasion of Diwali, the foundation recently organised surgeries for burn and acid attack survivors in Delhi. The event was attended by SRK, apart from other members of the foundation.
The actor, at present, has kept his forthcoming projects under the wraps. Reports strongly suggested that an announcement was going to happen on his birthday. While that is yet to take place, we hear that the actor will be next seen in a film titled Sanki, helmed by Tamil director Atlee Kumar. Reportedly, he has also signed a project with Rajkumar Hirani.
